Today we were proud to take 8 pupils from QPS to represent our school at the Armistice Day service in Croydon outside the town hall and war memorial. The children respectfully observed the two minute silence and were able to present their remembrance crosses at the war memorial in front of the assembled guests and spectators, including @jasonforcroydon and a number of current and veteran military personnel.
‘At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember them.’
