A huge thank you to @luce.chats who came and delivered an assembly today to kick start our careers day events in style. Lucy spoke about how her passions for sport and English since she was at primary school, have enabled her to be working in the sports media industry today, as a Vision Mixer at talkSPORT. She also spoke about her passion for women’s football, about never giving up, forming great relationships with others to make sure you never miss out on exciting opportunities and always being open to trying new things in your career and seeing where they take you. Lucy took questions from the children and it was lovely to see the enthusiasm the children had for finding out more. Miss Stawman is especially proud, as she taught Lucy in her Year 6 class many years ago, and has proudly followed her career ever since.
